Just an hour and a half north and east of the Twin Cities, in the land of summer lake cabins, small towns and zero traffic snarls, you’ll find a new little art and craft gallery in downtown Frederic, Wisconsin called One 10 Gallery.

One 10 Gallery is committed to being an extraordinary place to find the best in contemporary Art, Fine Craft and gifts.  

Our aim is to be approachable and affordable. Our emphasis is on hand crafted and thoughtfully designed work.

Our goal is to present you with an ever changing choice of great Art, Fine Craft and great gifts.  

This is not your typical gallery. It’s not a tourist trap with kitschy doo-das and it’s not a stuffy over priced boutique.  It’s a place to see great quality local art mixed in with nationally known artists and fine craftsmen.  We have approachable and affordable items for your home or your office or as wonderful gifts.

Owner Jon Michael (Jack) Route has collaborated with his partner Deb and son Mike of Red Iron Studio to open the retail space now starting it’s seventh year. The gallery is devoted to showcasing the art and fine craft of local and regional artists and the emphasis is on hand crafted and thoughtfully designed work.  “Good design can be affordable,” Says Jack, “We want to bring to our customers Excellence; the very best we can find."

Over 50 local and regional artists and another 35 selected colleagues from around the country have work here showing pottery, jewelry, painting, quilts, glass, photography, printmaking, wood and metalwork.  

We truly enjoy featuring the work of the many local and regional artist we know.   New things will be rotating in often so keep coming in to see the wonderful examples of each artist’s extraordinary efforts.  Art and craft as exemplified by these talented people is what choosing local is all about.

We offer personalized help and friendly service. Please come in and see for yourself! Open Wednesday through Saturday 10 to 5, and Sundays 10 - 3. Other times by chance or appointment; and if you should find you have an art or gift “emergency”, call 715-371-0144.
