For Prospective Artists:

Every gallery has its own personality, and One 10 Gallery is no exception. We are a privately owned gallery, not a cooperative, and we are always looking for thoughtful, well-made work with an “out of the ordinary” approach.

Our goal is to create an interesting and ever-changing mix of art and fine craft. We review artist submissions throughout the year as we look for new work and determine where additions or changes will best fit within the gallery.

What We Look For

We are interested in artists who demonstrate:

  • Excellence in design and craftsmanship

  • A contemporary point of view and work that feels current

  • Professionalism in both artwork and presentation

  • The ability to provide images, inventory, pricing, and other information needed for the gallery

  • The ability to replenish inventory as needed and refresh your work approximately every 4–6 months

Consignment & Pricing

One 10 Gallery operates on a 60/40 commission split. The artist receives 60% of the retail sale, and the gallery retains 40%.

Artists set their own retail prices. Our consignment agreement is available upon request.

Before You Submit Your Work

Please note that One 10 Gallery is a small, rural Wisconsin gallery with limited display space. Because of this, we have limited room for large 2D works and are selective about the size and price points of the work we bring in.

Our customer base generally responds best to affordable, approachable artwork, with the majority of our sales under $500. While we do carry some higher-priced pieces, works priced over $1,000 typically take considerably longer to sell.

At this time, we are not actively seeking additional artwork priced over $1,000 or large-scale 2D work. We encourage artists whose work fits our space and the buying habits of our customers to submit.

We also prefer to work with artists located within the lower 48 United States. This allows us to keep shipping and communication practical and makes it easier to build an ongoing relationship with the artists we represent.

All submissions are reviewed for consideration based on the gallery's current needs, available space, and how the work fits with the overall mix of artists and artwork at One 10 Gallery.

We reserve the right to decline work that we feel is not the right fit for the gallery.
