Bill Bosak is a 1972 graduate of the University of Wisconsin, River Falls where he earned a B.S. Degree in Art Education. Following his graduation, he focused his creativity on woodworking and as a woodworking artist, he traveled to area art fairs and was an invitational artist at Art Fair on the Square in Madison. Bill also worked as a journeyman woodworker at some of the biggest commercial shops in the Twin Cities area. It was there that he learned about the properties of different woods, joinery and wood turning. Upon retirement, he continued building custom furniture and renewed his interest in ceramics by taking classes to learn new methods and perfect his skills. Bill is currently engaged in designing and building functional and beautiful furniture and creating traditional and unique pottery pieces. In addition, he has begun working to achieve the ambitious goal of building a harpsichord!
